On September 28th in Turkey, the Balkan Triathlon Championship took place. The elite battled for the regional title and 150 valuable world ranking points, while juniors lined up for a qualifying stage on the road to the Youth Olympic Games in Dakar 2026.

For Ukraine, Fedir Bezlepkin represented the elite, finishing 19th overall. Among the juniors, Zakhar Tsivkovskyi and Leia Bezlepkinа carried the flag. Leia delivered a strong performance to place sixth among the girls. Zakhar, who impressively led the junior race, was unfortunately disqualified by the officials.
